23andMe member login

Having problems with your  23andme.com login? Follow the steps below to login to 23andMe:

1. Go to www.23andme.com or https://www.23andme.com/en-ca/ for 23andMe Canada
2. Click on the “Sign In” button towards the right-hand side of the top of the screen
3. Enter your email and password in the 23andMe login page on the next screen. Alternatively, you can use the “Sign in with Google” option at the bottom of the screen

Download 23andMe Raw Data

Shortcut: go to https://you.23andme.com/tools/data/download and download your raw DNA data

Time needed: 3 minutes

Once you have entered your details correctly, your 23andMe account login is complete. You will be taken to your home page, which looks like this:

From here you can begin your journey on 23andme by registering your kit or buying a kit

Login from the 23andme app

You can also login using the 23andme app. Just download the app from the App Store or Google Play

Creating a 23andMe account

If you already have a kit but need to register it:

1. Go to 23andme.com
2. Click on the “Register kit” option towards the right hand of the top of the page
3. Enter your details on the next page and confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement

1. Click “Create account”. Alternatively, you can use the “Sign up with Google” option at the bottom of the screen
2. Verify your email using the link sent to the email address you specified while signing up
3. Register your kit after signing in

If you don’t have a kit:

1. Go to 23andme.com

2. Click the “Sign in” button towards the right-hand side of the top of the screen

3. Click on “Sign up” near the bottom of the screen

5. Enter your details on the next page and confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement.

6. Click “Create account”. Alternatively, you can use the “Sign up with Google” option at the bottom of the screen

7. Verify your email using the link sent to the email address you specified while signing up. Now you can login to 23andMe to analyze your DNA
